Brioche dough, bits of Pure Origin Venezuelan Dark Chocolate, Grand Cru Araguani, candied orange.

Pierre Hermé's interpretation of the chocolate and candied orange pairing is inseparable from Easter. The soft, delicately honeycombed texture of the sourdough brioche dough is enriched with pure Venezuelan Grand Cru Araguani chocolate chips, the flavour of which is enhanced by the scent of candied orange pieces.
