Almond biscuit with coconut, caramel, mango and coconut praline.
Pierre Hermé imagines a cake with exotic flavors. Incredibly moist, the scent of coconut and the indulgence of caramel take center stage, accented by the fruity and fresh notes of dried mango and lychee petals, enhanced by a coconut praline.
